The initiative provides an opportunity to establish an environmentally sustainable 'green' business park with a chemical industry focus.

Businesses being targeted are those that can demonstrate a commitment to performance well beyond simple compliance, can cooperate with others to identify and exploit opportunities for industrial symbiosis, and are committed to supporting local providers of goods and services.
