The Tauranga Chamber of Commerce is hosting a lunch with National’s spokesperson for finance, Amy Adams. Since the 2017 election and a subsequent reshuffle in March 2018, Amy was elevated to be ranked number three in the caucus and was named National's finance spokesperson. This event is being held from 12pm-2pm on Friday 10 August at Mills Reef Restaurant in Bethlehem. It costs $55 for Chamber members to attend and $65 for non-members. Family trusts can be a highly effective mechanism to protect assets, create tax flexibility and provide for inheritance and succession of family and business assets. However, there will be some changes to legislation with the proposed enactment of the new Trusts Bill.
