So far, we have shared four case studies for our Showcasing Sustainability project. The efforts these local businesses have shown are inspiring other local businesses to understand how they can reduce their own environmental impact.
The last case study was on Mānuka honey leaders, Comvita. If you haven’t already, check out their sustainability efforts here.
Our next case study highlights Basestation, the largest commercial co-working space in Tauranga situated in the CBD with desks, offices and team spaces that allow organisations to share resources. The business opportunity was realised after seeing excess resource waste. Sustainability has been prominent in Basestation since its inception and they continue to reevaluate existing models in an economically sensible approach.
