Enterprise Angels in partnership with the Institute of Directors – Bay of Plenty Branch, are holding an informal interactive panel event on Getting governance right in a startup. The event is being sponsored by Sharp Tudhope.
A strong governance structure for start-up businesses is “essential,” to help build expertise and funds. This event is for founders, investors, board members, employees and all participants in start-up companies to understand the basic principles of best governance practice. It’s an opportunity to ask the panel of Directors those burning questions you may have about how start-ups can ensure good governance standards to ensure a sustainable organisation when funds and/or expertise may be lacking.
