Mel Conrad recently returned to Priority One following a sabbatical and has taken on a Strategic Projects role, leading initiatives that deliver value for members and contribute to the Bay of Plenty’s long-term growth and prosperity.
Having previously served as General Manager – Communications and Engagement, she brings deep organisational knowledge, strong regional relationships and a collaborative approach to delivering complex initiatives.
With leadership experience at Priority One, NZ Avocado and Export New Zealand Bay of Plenty, Mel has built a career connecting business, education, industry, membership organisations and the wider community to create opportunities that strengthen our region.
Outside of work, Mel enjoys spending time with her young family, travelling, learning new things and exploring everything the Bay of Plenty has to offer.
