I am an Employment Mentor with Ara Rau – Pathways to Work, part of Priority One, where I support people into meaningful training and employment opportunities across Tauranga Moana. My background spans the electrical wholesale industry, the social sector, and youth education, recently including mentoring young people aged 15–24 through the Hei Whanake programme.

Guided by my values of whānau, taiao, and the moana, I bring a holistic and people-focused approach to mentoring. I am passionate about empowering rangatahi and whānau to recognise their potential, navigate challenges, and create pathways that support both personal growth and community wellbeing.
