Ara Rau - Employment Mentor
As an Employment Mentor at Ara Rau, I’m passionate about empowering tauira to build confidence, recognise their strengths, and create meaningful pathways towards their goals. With experience across Aotearoa, the UK, Europe, the USA, and Australia in leadership, operations, coaching, customer service, and community wellbeing, I bring a people-focused approach grounded in connection, resilience, and growth.
Whānau are at the heart of everything I do. My husband and I are proud parents of four Tamariki and grandparents to two mokopuna. Outside of work, we enjoy supporting our family’s sporting pursuits and running our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gym in Tauranga
