Dan is our Workforce Development Manager. He contributes to strengthening the regional workforce by connecting youth with training and employment opportunities. Through workforce development, relationship building and stakeholder engagement, he supports Priority One’s mission to enhance the economic potential of the Western Bay of Plenty, addressing labour market challenges and fostering skilled talent attraction.

With over two decades of experience spanning the automotive, transport and logistics sectors, and a proven track record in leadership and strategy, he has consistently focused on fostering partnerships and developing pathways for growth. His work reflects a commitment to economic development and empowering individuals and organisations to unlock their potential through education, training and collaboration.
