Dave Courtney is the Chief Executive Officer of Priority One, bringing extensive leadership experience and a strong commercial and stakeholder focus to the role. With a career spanning journalism, public sector leadership and senior executive roles in globally connected organisations, Dave offers a broad perspective on growth, partnerships and regional impact.

Before joining Priority One, Dave held senior leadership roles at Silver Fern Farms and Zespri International, where he led international teams and worked closely with growers, customers and partners across key global markets. His experience driving collaboration, innovation and sustainable growth aligns strongly with Priority One’s mission to build a thriving, resilient Bay of Plenty economy.
