Element IMF Limited is a privately owned New Zealand company based in Tauranga specialising in project development and investment management.

The primary focus for the company is currently the Tauriko Business Estate which is a large scale comprehensively planned industrial park serving Tauranga’s industrial needs for the next 12-15 years. We are focused on delivering this estate to best practice international standards and it is set to become one of Australasia’s biggest industrial clusters. We have a number of peripheral business interests mainly centred around property development and management. We also specialise in opportunity identification and evaluation, macro planning and urban design, investment management and development management.
