HARBOUR CENTRAL MARINE PRECINCT
A shortlist has been established from respondents to the ‘Expression of Interest’ for the development of a new multi-million dollar marine precinct in Tauranga. Harbour Central Marine Precinct will be developed on Tauranga City Council-owned land situated next to the harbour bridge. Priority One and Tauranga City Council will be meeting with shortlisted candidates in early September to discuss options for the staged development. Consultation and work on the consent requirements for activities on and around the water are progressing.
